KENRICK EASIFIT.  These locks have been tested to exceed BS7950 high security requirements.  They have a patented claw locking mechanism which provides a secure engagement with a substantial die cast keep.  Additional security and weather performance is added by mushroom cams which tracel in opposite directions.  The sash can also be fastened in the night vent position to allow air into the property.

 

KEY LOCKING HANDLES. This will enable you to lock the windows either completely shut or in the night vent facility making is secure if childred are in the room.  The handles come in WHITE, GOLD or CHROME at no extra cost.

 

          

EZ EASI-CLEAN HINGES.  These are a high quality product with a simplier operation and smoother action conforming to all current British Building Standards and FENSA requirements.  The new EZ range allows the window to be opened to a full 90 degrees, and providing the opening is large enough will fulfil the new part "B" regulations, ensuring emergency access in the event of a fire.  A simple mechanism also allows the window to smoothly slide along the track to be cleaned from the inside of the property. 

                                                       

  

 

 

DOOR LOCKS.  The locks fitted comprice of a multi locking system comprising of Rhino hooks and cams.  The doors are fitted with a one piece keep for the locking mechanism to go into.  This locking mechanism is fitted to both single and French doors.  The French slave door is fitted with a shoot bolt top and bottom,
